have en-suite shower rooms, with a separate shower for the fifth bedroom and
guests.

Villa
Palmyra is situated at the edge of the exclusive neighbourhood of Cala
Llonga, just 10 minutes drive from the capital Mahon and just a little
closer to the delightful beach and village of Mesquida.
There are numerous restaurants on
the island, with many of those on Mahon’s fascinating harbour-side combining
beguiling views of boats with fine food. Local markets, fiestas, art galleries,
museums and an excellent theatre provide a wide range of cultural activities.
Protected areas allow for peaceful walks and an abundance of migrating
birds to be seen.
Mahon Airport, 15 minutes
drive away, is served by British Airways, Iberia and other airlines,
which fly to major UK, Spanish and European airports.

Bordering
“green-belt” land allows a mostly uninterrupted, excellent view of the
harbour, while just a 300 metre scramble below the villa is a little used
bay; ideal for swimming and snorkelling whilst being viewable from the
terrace, and even the kitchen!
Menorca is deservedly known for
its huge variety of sandy beaches; many with easy access and good facilities
and a number that can be reached only by foot and just a few accessible
only by boat. For small children, the beach at Es Grau is just one that
provides safe, calm and shallow bathing and is only 20 minutes by car from
the villa.
Many activities are available on
the island, amongst them sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, tennis, golf,
horse riding and an aqua-park.
